Ben Carter Enterprises is representing 20 peripheral land sites surrounding the newly opened Outlet Mall, Tanger Outlets Savannah. Tanger Outlets Savannah boasts more than 400,000 square feet of retail featuring more than 85 name brands. The outparcel opportunity consists of more than 40 acres available on 1-20 acre sites. Preferred uses include retail, restaurant, hotel and office.
 
Tanger Outlets Savannah is strategically located on I-95 just north of I-16 and the City of Savannah. The mall contains more than 400,000 square feet of retail space with more than 85 name brands. The 120+ acre contains outlet mall, a children’s play area, and peripheral retail development sites.
